Great view , nice apartment , parking is a bit tricky but the rest very commendable.

First thing that takes you away is the stunning view of the sea and the F1 track. The place is cozy. A bit small. But enough space to move around. It takes a while to use the car lifts so prepare for 10-12 min of extra time for this process. Also the place could use some touch up on the wallpaper and if you stay in summer , prepare that the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. Otherwise , good value for what you pay to get a nice view regardless of a few hiccups

Nice place and helpful staff. View and location was 100%. The apartment 10B needed some maintenance and a little bit more cleaning detailing. My stay was 8 out of 10
